Vendor & Merchant Agreement

This agreement applies to shops, restaurants, bakeries, food businesses, merchants, local sellers, and vendors joining Apna Kaam.

1. Eligibility and Registration

  • Vendor must provide accurate owner name, mobile number, business name, city, category, address, shop photo, CNIC, and NTN/registration details where required.
  • Apna Kaam may verify documents before activation and may request updates at any time.
  • Vendor must keep product, service, pricing, stock, operating hours, and delivery availability accurate.

2. Product, Food and Service Responsibility

The vendor is responsible for product quality, food hygiene, packaging, product descriptions, pricing, invoices, legal compliance, warranties, returns, and customer claims related to its own goods or services.

3. Orders and Fulfilment

  • Accepted orders must be prepared, packed, and handed over on time.
  • Wrong items, missing items, poor packaging, or repeated delays may lead to refund deductions, penalties, lower visibility, or suspension.
  • Vendors must not ask customers to cancel or move platform orders outside Apna Kaam.

4. Commission, Fees and Settlement

Apna Kaam uses category-based commission rates. Small restaurants and home kitchens are charged 10%, mid-size local restaurants 12%, and large brands or chains 15% per completed order. Local shops use a 5% per-order plan, while the featured listing plan is Rs. 1,500 per month plus 5% per completed order. Applicable introductory periods, settlement cycles, refunds, legally applicable taxes and separately disclosed third-party payment charges may also apply. 5. Prohibited Items and Conduct

  • No illegal, unsafe, expired, stolen, counterfeit, restricted, or misrepresented products.
  • No fake reviews, fake orders, direct poaching of customers, harassment, data misuse, or abusive conduct.

6. Suspension or Termination

Apna Kaam may suspend, limit, or terminate vendor access for fraud, safety issues, poor quality, repeated complaints, unpaid dues, policy violation, or legal risk.
