This agreement applies to riders, drivers, cab/taxi partners, loader rickshaw drivers, vans, and moving vehicle partners.
1. Registration and Verification
- Partner must provide accurate name, mobile number, CNIC, selfie/photo, license where applicable, vehicle registration, vehicle type, plate number, and service city.
- Apna Kaam may verify documents, inspect vehicle information, or reject unsafe/incomplete registrations.
2. Service Standards
- Accept jobs only when available and able to complete them safely.
- Follow pickup, delivery, moving, and customer communication instructions.
- Do not damage, misuse, open, replace, or keep customer/vendor items.
- Maintain professional behavior and avoid harassment, abuse, overcharging, or unsafe driving.
3. COD and Cash Handling
Where cash on delivery or cash collection is enabled, the partner must collect, protect, report, and settle cash according to Apna Kaam rules. Missing cash, delayed settlement, or false reporting may lead to deduction, suspension, or legal action.
4. Earnings, Commission and Security
Commission depends on the booking type. New riders and ride-hailing drivers may receive a 0% introductory rate for the first 30 days. Parcel delivery is 10%, food delivery 12%, and qualifying top-rated riders 8%. Moving bookings are charged at 8% for loader rickshaws and 10% for pickups and trucks. Bike and auto-rickshaw rides are 12%, while economy car rides are 15%. Incentives, penalties, cash handling, security deposits, settlement schedules, legally applicable taxes and separately disclosed third-party payment charges may also apply. Current public rates are shown on the Pricing & Commission page.
5. Location and Tracking
Riders and drivers may be required to share live location during active jobs for customer visibility, safety, dispatching, and delivery confirmation. Location sharing should stop when the job is completed or the session ends.
6. Account Action
Apna Kaam may restrict, suspend, or remove any rider/driver/loader for fake documents, unsafe driving, fraud, harassment, theft, repeated cancellations, poor ratings, or violation of these terms.
