Safety Policy
Safety is a core requirement for Apna Kaam customers, vendors, riders, drivers, loaders, and service workers.

1. Safety Principles
- Respectful behavior is required from every user and partner.
- Harassment, threats, abuse, discrimination, unsafe driving, fraud, or forced off-platform dealings are not allowed.
- Apna Kaam may suspend, block, penalize, or remove accounts that create safety risk.
2. Female Service Worker Safety
Female service providers may receive extra safety controls, including verified customer checks, booking records, location visibility during active booking, support escalation, and SOS/reporting options where available.
Any harassment, inappropriate communication, unsafe behavior, or privacy violation must be reported immediately.
3. Customer Safety
- Customers should verify booking details in the app and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information.
- Customers should report misconduct, overcharging, suspicious activity, or unsafe service behavior.
- For home services, customers should keep communication and payment records on the platform where possible.
4. Rider, Driver and Loader Safety
- Riders and drivers must follow traffic laws, carry valid documents, and use safe vehicles.
- No reckless driving, overloading, misuse of customer goods, or unauthorized rider/driver substitution is allowed.
- Vehicle, license, and identity verification may be required before activation.
5. Vendor and Food Safety
- Vendors are responsible for legal, safe, and hygienic products and food preparation.
- Expired, counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, or misrepresented items are prohibited.
- Food businesses must follow applicable hygiene and packaging standards.
6. Incident Reporting
Report urgent safety issues through in-app support when available, or email safety@apnakaam.pk. Include your name, mobile number, city, order/booking details, and evidence if available.
