Service Worker Agreement

1. Registration and Verification

• Service worker must provide accurate personal information, skill category, service area, CNIC, selfie/photo, experience, certificates where available, and tool/equipment details where required.
• Apna Kaam may conduct identity, skill, background, or safety checks before activation.

2. Booking Rules

• Accept bookings only when available and qualified for the requested work.
• Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and complete the agreed work professionally.
• Do not demand unauthorized extra charges or move platform customers off-platform.
• Inform the customer before any extra material, labor, or cost is required.

3. Conduct and Safety

• Respect customer privacy, home, property, family, and personal space.
• Harassment, threats, inappropriate language, unsafe behavior, or damage to customer property is strictly prohibited.
• Female service workers and female customers may receive additional safety and verification controls.

4. Quality, Warranty and Complaints

The service worker is responsible for workmanship, tools, materials used, and agreed service quality. Repeated complaints, no-shows, incomplete work, or unsafe work may lead to refund deductions, penalties, low visibility, or suspension.

5. Earnings and Fees

New service workers may receive a 0% introductory rate for the first 30 days. After the introductory period, the commission is 8% for small jobs under Rs. 2,000, 10% for medium jobs from Rs. 2,000 to Rs. 10,000, and 12% for large jobs above Rs. 10,000. Female-service bookings use an 8% rate. Cancellation fees, settlement schedules, incentives, penalties, legally applicable taxes and separately disclosed third-party payment charges may also apply. 6. Suspension or Removal

Apna Kaam may restrict, suspend, or remove a service worker for fake identity, unsafe behavior, fraud, poor service quality, harassment, repeated cancellations, or legal risk.
